We are a small but interesting, privately owned gardening business providing a high quality service to a homeowners and commercial clients across Lincolnshire. Due to the success of the business and continued growth we are currently looking for someone who is ready to assume responsibility for a portfolio of clients. Some of our clients include: -

• Private gardens

• The National Trust

• Alford Civic Trust

• Anchor Trust

• Property management businesses

Requirements

​

• The ideal candidate will work to high standards, be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, polite and well presented.

• The ability to communicate and interact with clients is essential.

• The candidate must have some basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.) and recognise the value of being efficient and well organised.

• The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a keen interest in and experience of professional and practical gardening.

• Experience of mobile gardening will be an advantage.

• The role involves team work but the ability to work autonomously will be an advantage.

 

Qualifications

​

• A horticultural qualification (minimum NVQ Level 2) is essential

• PA1 and PA6 certificates are desirable.
